The GAK building overlooks the rural ‘Bos en Lommerplantsoen’ gardens in Amsterdam-West. When its doors opened in 1960, the building was one of the most modern offices in the Netherlands. The recently renovated complex is still as charming as it used to be. The building offers a floor area of roughly 40,000 m², which is more than enough room for 651 studio flats. The former administrative office has been transformed into a beautiful residential property in the Dutch capital.
